    NEW AFRICA BUSINESS NEWS (NABN) Freetown, Sierra Leone– According to the news, a five-year multiple-entry visa will be given for $700, while a single-entry 30-day visa on arrival will be available for $25, which can now be attained by more than 180 nationalities.

    Minister of Tourism and Antiquities – Ahmed Issa strengthened that, among the few countries that have been contained in the list…China and India also locate a place. The said outcomes are part of a policy to improve tourism, which has endured a reversal due to the Novel Corona Virus (COVID-19) pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine war.

    News expands that, the nation enticed 11.7 million tourists in 2022 which is anticipated to improve that number by 25 to 30% yearly, and might probably go up to 30 million by 2028.

    Ahmed Issa added that tourist numbers improved by more than 30% in January and February, as opposed to the first two months of 2022. The two outstanding tourist sources — Russia and Ukraine, nevertheless, lessened by 40% and 80%, respectively, while other ethnicities have made up for the cost.
