      Am pretty sure, these foreign governments are extremely desperate cause they most of their countries are broke. Check their debt to GDP ratio you will know. The last hope for them is to continue stealing with what belongs to Africa and that’s not going to happen, they know that, but they will try, and they know they are losing power every day.
