    NEW AFRICA BUSINESS NEWS (NABN) Freetown, Sierra Leone- The contract was doled by Saudi Entertainment Ventures (Seven), a subsidiary of the kingdom’s sovereign wealth fund PIF (Public Investment Fund), orchestrating the company’s aptitude to high-profile projects. The entertainment complex, dubbed “Al Kharj Entertainment Complex,” is anticipated to involve the region’s premier leisure attraction.

    The Al Kharj Entertainment Complex will be comfortably located between the cities of Abha and Khamis Mushait, near Abha International Airport, and will occupy an area of 64,000 square meters. The complex, which spans more than 79,000 square meters, aims to offer a diverse range of entertainment opportunities in response to Saudi Arabia’s thriving desire for recreational amenities.

    Hassan Allam Holding, with its extensive skills and experience, will steer the building operations, with assistance from renowned project consultants such as Gensler, a US based engineering firm, and Lebanon’s Dar Al Handasah.

    In addendum, the UK-based Mace Group has been contracted as the project management consultant, aiding the project’s alternatives of success. The present effort is part of Hassan Allam Holdings’ overall agenda to heighten its worldwide impact. The group has established a regional headquarters in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to bolster its primacy throughout the Middle East and North Africa.

    The gang, commanded by Hassan Allam and his brother Amr. Allam, has touched into over ten nations, encircling UAE, Oman, Libya, Jordan, and Algeria. With a building backlog of more than $3 billion in 2023 and over eight decades of industry experience, Hassan Allam
    Holding stays as a critical player in the Middle East and North Africa’s economic development.

    The award of the Al Kharj Entertainment Complex contract displays the corporation’s persistent venture to producing world-class projects that have a long-term impact on the communities it serves.

    Hassan Allam Holding’s latest accomplishment not only demonstrates its expertise in engineering and construction, but same asserts its stances as a major actor in establishing the future landscape of the Middle East and North Africa.
