    NEW AFRICA BUSINESS NEWS (NABN) Freetown, Sierra Leone- This outcome notes a shift in course, indicating the administration’s loyalty in giving premium to these crucial staple eats for the Zambian people.

    Green Mbozi – Permanent Secretary to the Ministry of Agriculture brought this statement during a talk with ZNBC News in Lusaka. Mbozi noted that the administration of Zambia intends for to commit with numerous stakeholders through meetings to discern the most helpful criteria to assure that maize and mealie meals survive convenient to the citizens of Zambia.

    The preliminary regulations were put in place with the major purpose of governing the undue activity of maize and mealie meals to neighboring nations. The administration’s interest was to insure the nation’s strategic reserves and safeguard adequate stocks for domestic consumers, especially in the front of likely food security challenges.

    The Governor underscored that the Food Reserve Agency (FRA) would begin again its undertakings to acquire a sufficient amount of maize stocks to strengthen the country’s strategic reserves. This commencement aims to safeguard against potential shortages and ensure food security for the Zambian population.

    He further published a serious statement to all stakeholders, exhorting them to abstain from transmitting private letters on social media platforms. He warned that individuals striving for clarification on any matter should commit immediately to his office or the related administrations. This request emphasizes the significance of strengthening beneficial information channels and conserving the privacy of authorized documents.
