NEW AFRICA BUSINESS NEWS (NABN) Freetown, Sierra Leone- The composition of the cabinet endorsed by President Faye, stints a fresh period in Senegal’s governance, with Sonko – a main backer to President Faye, assuming the position of prime minister under the leadership of the newly inaugurated President Faye, who succeeded outgoing President Macky Sall after his 12-year tenure.
With thorough desires, observers are closely monitoring the new cabinet, particularly considering President Faye’s campaign promises, encircling radical changes such as potential adjustments to the West African common currency, the CFA franc.
