New Africa Business News- The killer’s serrated canines drilled through the bleeding flesh of the Cavallians who were looking forward to the prospect to net only increasing point to continue topping the league table, but also to the valor of going unbeaten in the first round.

Motivated by the possession of a brand new fully air-conditioned bus; the Killers charged forward in an unprecedented pace and held F.C Kallon at bay with a spectacular curtain raiser fired out in the first half.

Indeed, New Africa Business News learned that, the match itself started way beyond schedule as restive fans bulldozed manned gates to secure tip-toed spaces down the Siaka Stevens Stadium basement. A stray crowd at dusk, with renewed vigor; filed into the pitch and hesitantly clutched the touchline extending to the two ends overlooking the presidential balcony. This bought about fear and the risk of deferring the match was already being calculated, but the Premier League Board arranged for more security personnel that stilled the commotion and reduced the probability of remitted pitch invasion.

The facts are these; before this match, F.C Kallon were leading the league table with twenty-three points, having not lost a match yet. On the other hand, the Killers were second on the table with twenty points. So now when East End Lions-the Killers finally had to increase its advantage from a goal to two that brought the score line to 2-0, the hopes of the F.C Kallon to run freely was right-sized as they moved rank on rank with their Sunday Western rival, for equal points.

Both sides have met eight times in recent years. In these meetings, the Killers won three and drew three. F.C Kallon won two as a newer comrade.

By estimation, the crowd was the largest of all match attendances in the last twenty years; defeating this year’s Premier League opening encounter between East End Lions. “The Killers” and the “Tiss-Tass” Boys of Mighty Blackpool.

East End Lions Head Coach-John Keister has proved his critics and bookmakers wrong that, he can still swim against a rising torrent and that he is not a full pledge fender but one with a round mind.

He has helped save his neck from the overhaul axe by securing a popular win on the 31st March’s fixture.
