Well, this came from left field (pun intended).
Reports surfaced today claiming that former Los Angeles Dodgers player Matt Kemp and his 35-year-old stylist Nchimunya Wulf are expecting their first child together.
A source told X17, “They may not be super public with their romance, but they’re head over heels and thrilled to become parents.”
But before you break out the congratulatory tweet, you should probably know that the 30-year-old athlete has spoken out about these rumors, and it turns out—it’s not true.
“Don’t believe everything you read. I love kids but I’m not expecting any anytime soon,” Kemp tweeted.
Neither of the pair have spoken out about having a relationship with each other, so it’s very possible that Wulf is just his stylist.
She has not addressed any of the pregnancy speculation, but did post a photo of herself on Instagram recently, where she is cradling her tummy with what could easily be construed as a bump. However, Wulf has now made her social media account private.
After Kemp’s tweet, the site apologized to the San Diego Padres player, explaining their source had it wrong.
